- Drive residential sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets through effective customer engagement, site visits, negotiations, and closure of deals for Raheja Exotica.
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, digital campaigns, walk-ins, and personal networking to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Manage channel partner relationships by conducting regular meetings, project presentations, training sessions, and engagement activities to drive partner-led sales conversions.
- Coordinate and monitor mandate sales teams, ensuring timely lead follow-ups, customer interactions, site visits, and adherence to sales targets and organizational objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer experience by understanding customer requirements, conducting project presentations, addressing queries, and guiding customers through the entire purchase journey.
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, customer outreach programs, special offers, and events to improve lead generation and conversion rates.




- Maintain accurate sales MIS, lead trackers, inventory status reports, and performance dashboards, providing timely updates and insights to management.
- Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Project teams to ensure seamless booking formalities, documentation, collections coordination, and customer communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales SOPs, and RERA guidelines, maintaining accuracy and transparency in all sales transactions and documentation.
- Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing strategies, and customer preferences, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen project positioning and enhance sales performance.
