Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives / Career Advisors. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards the right learning solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and convert prospects in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners through outbound and inbound calls, understanding their career aspirations and needs.
- Provide career counselling and guidance, helping candidates make informed decisions about their learning path.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and uniqueness of the program to drive enrollments.
- Take ownership of the complete sales lifecycle, including lead engagement, follow-ups, conversion, and post-enrollment relationship management.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and conversion metrics.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline,



ensuring timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in CRM systems.
- Support execution of marketing initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and lead engagement activities from a sales follow-up perspective.
- Share regular feedback on lead quality, customer behavior, and market trends with internal teams.
- Handle objections effectively and ensure a high conversion ratio.
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for prospective learners throughout their decision-making journey.
