Role & Responsibilities

Star Toys India is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination while ensuring effective and accurate movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory through stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and regular stock audits.
- Plan and monitor daily dispatches and coordinate with transport partners for timely deliveries.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Maintain inventory records using ERP/Warehouse Management System and Advanced MS Excel.
- Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO practices and warehouse organization.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare inventory, dispatch, and warehouse performance reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy,



and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, cleanliness, and company procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, toys, gifting, stationery, or distribution businesses preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and dispatch planning.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Warehouse Management System and Advanced MS Excel.
- Experience in handling warehouse staff and coordinating with transport vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
