Job Summary

Engineer - Maintenance (PMDC Motor). You'll be based at Bommasandra, Bangalore. You'll be aligned with Maintenance (Motor Engineering). You'll be a member of Connective Systems. Work Experience: Having 3 8 years of Maintenance Domain experience in the Automotive/Motor Manufacturing Industry with B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronical or Mechatronics / D.M.E
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance of fully automated production lines and motor manufacturing machines (PMDC motor line).
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
- Support installation, commissioning, and parameterization of recent machines and utilities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure timely reporting.
- Ensure optimal performance of utilities (compressors, chillers, HVAC, DG, etc.).
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams for smooth operations.




- Implement safety measures and compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Fully automated line maintenance (Assembly testing lines)
- Maintenance of motor manufacturing machines (PMDC motor line)
- Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic hydraulic systems
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) problem-solving techniques implementation
You bring to Aditya
- Knowledge of PLCs, drives, robotics automation systems
- Strong knowledge in utilities maintenance (Compressors, Chillers, DG, HVAC, etc.)
- TPM, Kaizen, 5S implementation
- Preventive, predictive corrective maintenance practices implementation
- Familiarity with IATF and VDA maintenance documentation
