International Business Development Executive - Australian Market

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to manage and grow our business operations in the Australian market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing international business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating export documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of the complete export and logistics process.

This role is ideal for someone with solid international sales, communication, coordination, negotiation, and export operations skills who can effectively manage clients as well as internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow export sales operations for the Australian market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Handle client inquiries,



prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with warehouse, cargo bay, container yard, tarmac, and logistics teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain export-related documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, logistics providers, and other external partners.
- Monitor dispatch, loading, unloading, shipment movement, tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Manage the complete export cycle from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders, sales activities, shipment status, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve sales, shipment, documentation, or operational issues through effective coordination.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with international customers throughout the order lifecycle.
