Role & Responsibilities Beauty Trainer
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Beauty & Wellness courses as per the curriculum.
- Conduct theory sessions and hands-on demonstrations on beauty techniques, skincare, haircare, makeup, and salon services.
- Assess trainees through practical and theoretical evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and maintain trainee attendance and performance records.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of beauty tools, equipment, and training resources.
- Mentor and guide trainees to enhance their technical skills, professional grooming, and employability.
- Support trainees in interview preparation, placement activities, and career development.
- Maintain training quality and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Coordinate with the training and placement teams for successful course delivery and trainee outcomes.




- Participate in workshops, refresher training, and curriculum improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors or higher degree in any discipline/Diploma in retail management.
- 2 years of experience in Beauty Sales store operations
- Required 2 years training experience in relevant field
- Solid knowledge of skincare, haircare, makeup, grooming, and salon procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Candidate should be self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel if required.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese is preferred.
