Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive – FMCG/Dairy

Location: Neelayam Theatre, Mittal House 2095 Sadashiv Peth, Chowk, Vijayanagar Colony, Pune, Maharashtra 411030

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Tele-Sales Executive with prior experience in the Dairy/FMCG sector. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, order booking, customer coordination, backend software usage, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for order booking, product inquiries, and customer follow-ups.
- Enter and manage orders in the backend sales accurately.
- Coordinate with the logistics/distribution team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain daily call logs, sales reports, and MIS in system.
- Build strong rapport with regular clients (retailers/distributors/institutions).
- Provide product information, schemes, and offers to customers.
- Ensure availability during weekends and festivals (as these are peak sales periods).





Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English preferred).
- Prior experience in Dairy / FMCG sales support / tele-calling.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales/call targets.
- Solid computer skills – MS Office, Email, CRM/ERP software.
- Customer-focused, disciplined, and punctual.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant FMCG/Dairy experience.
- 1-4 years of tele-sales / back-office sales coordination experience.

Work Schedule:
- 6 days working (Monday–Saturday)
- No leaves on weekends/festivals (peak demand days)

Salary & Benefits:

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
