Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on organizational manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare manpower plans and ensure positions are filled within the required timeline.
- Handle recruitment for managerial, executive, staff and operational-level positions.
Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus recruitment and other channels.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Identify suitable recruitment channels to attract quality candidates.
- Maintain and follow up on the recruitment tracker to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Regularly update the recruitment tracker and monitor hiring status.
- Track candidate progress from sourcing to joining and ensure timely follow-up.
Interview & Selection
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with concerned department heads.
- Manage the complete selection process, including interview scheduling, salary discussions and offer coordination.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Team Management
- Lead and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
- Allocate recruitment requirements among team members and monitor daily progress.
- Track recruiter performance and provide necessary guidance and support.
Recruitment MIS & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio and hiring status.
