Job Summary

Pallava Hospital is looking for 2 experienced and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide quality nursing care to patients and support doctors and other healthcare professionals in delivering effective patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and health conditions regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Monitor and report any changes in the patient's condition to the doctor.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Assist in patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures.




- Provide proper post-treatment and patient-care support.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant hospital experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient-care and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work responsibly in a hospital environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.
