Responsibilities

1. Manage Customer Care Centre operations and oversee daily order handling
2. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for effective order planning and scheduling
3. Ensure timely delivery of orders through efficient tracking and communication
4. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with a solution-oriented approach
5. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure high satisfaction
6. Work on CRM processes including pre- and post-order management
7. Monitor portal systems, GPS tracking,



and operational updates
8. Lead and manage a team of Customer Care Centre operators
9. Drive organizational initiatives such as Business Excellence, IMS, and compliance

Requirements

1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Prior experience 2-5 years in the RMC industry (mandatory)
3. Strong communication and presentation skills
4. Good understanding of CRM tools and operational systems
5. Ability to multitask, coordinate, and manage customer relationships effectively
6. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
