- Identify recent business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and converting leads into paying clients.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in agency sales, direct sales, field sales, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its products/services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
