1. Coordinate with the Merchandising team for new store launches and manage escalations related to stock availability, assortment planning, and stock mix across stores.
2. Manage and execute store opening projects for Helios stores by collaborating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful launches.
3. Coordinate and facilitate training programs for franchisee staff as well as company employees to ensure operational readiness and compliance with brand standards.
4. Work closely with the field and commercial teams to address store-related requirements and support smooth business operations.
5. Prepare reports, analyze business data, and generate actionable insights. The candidate should possess robust Excel skills and a good understanding of data analysis.

Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Commercial, Finance, IT, Pine Labs, franchise partners, and other vendor partners, to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution.
