Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic
Civil Trainer
to join our Jaipur team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in Civil Engineering/CAD-related software and helping students develop industry-relevant technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for Civil Engineering students.
- Train students on relevant
Civil CAD software and tools
.
- Explain concepts through practical examples, projects, and assignments.
- Prepare training materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in completing projects and developing industry-ready skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and practices in the Civil Engineering industry.
- Maintain a professional and engaging learning environment.





Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of
Civil Engineering concepts
.
- Good command of
AutoCAD
and other relevant Civil/CAD software.
- Knowledge of
Revit Architecture, STAAD.Pro, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or related software
will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Strong student-handling and interpersonal skills.

Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in
Civil Engineering
or a related field.
- Prior experience as a
Civil Trainer, Faculty, Civil Designer, or Civil Engineer
will be preferred.
