We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and customers to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, promotional activities, and other business-development initiatives.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Robust customer-service and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
