Exp: 12 years to 14 Years

Preferred: DataCenter Projects, IT Parks, Commercial and Industrial Projects, Hospital Projects and Airports proejcts.

Purpose

Lead Civil & Structural execution manager will be responsible for taking care of the Data Center civil execution package, ensuring that a building project is completed safely, within an agreed timeframe and budget. Managing the practical side of every stage of the build, He will work closely with architects, surveyors and other building professionals in planning and delivery.

Key Responsibility
- Responsible for all the Civil construction work on site to ensure compliance with the project objectives, specifications, standards, codes and local regulations.
- Review and approve drawings, specifications and technical documents for all civil, structural design and architectural related work.
- Provide technical, full-time,



in office inspection of the progress and quality of the construction work performed and that it is completed in accordance with the Contract Documents.
- Conducts regular surveillance and inspection of the work, monitor the implementation of the Vendors quality control program and coordinate field sampling and testing for verification of quality results as needed.
- Overall planning and monitoring of resources, cost, material and machinery for various construction projects.
- Managing project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within the scope, time and cost parameters.
- Providing the site team with the required look ahead schedule and progress update in order to meet the project schedule and planned milestones.
