- Reconcile cash, UPI, card, bank transfer, and finance receipts.
- Verify daily cash collection and ensure proper cash closing.
- Prepare and check bank deposits and bank transactions.
- Record supplier bills, purchase invoices, and other business expenses.
- Verify payments to vendors, service providers, and other parties.
- Monitor outstanding customer balances and dealer receivables.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding vehicle invoices, cancellations, refunds, and discounts.
- Verify finance-company settlements and pending payments.
- Check vehicle-wise profitability, discounts, incentives, and margins.
- Monitor showroom petty cash and verify supporting bills.
- Reconcile bank accounts and identify transaction differences.
- Verify GST details on sales and purchase invoices.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Approve or verify accounting entries prepared by junior accounts staff.
