About the Role

Kalpana Traders is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive who can independently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, product listings, online orders, marketplace accounts, and import-export activities. The ideal candidate should have practical experience handling goods and services across multiple e-commerce platforms and understand the complete order-to-delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations
- Manage and maintain seller accounts across multiple e-commerce marketplaces and online platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, SKUs, and inventory.
- Manage products and services across different categories and ensure accurate online representation.
- Monitor orders from placement to dispatch, delivery, cancellation, return, replacement, and refund.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, suppliers,



and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, stock availability, and product data across platforms.
- Monitor marketplace dashboards, notifications, policy updates, account health, and performance metrics.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, reviews, returns, and post-sales support.

Marketplace Management
- Work with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Meesho, Shopify, TradeIndia, and other relevant B2B/B2C marketplaces.
- Manage marketplace promotions, discounts, campaigns, advertisements, and product visibility.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, returns, cancellations, and profitability.
- Identify underperforming products and implement strategies to improve sales and rankings.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for account, listing, payment, logistics, and policy-related issues.
