Role Description
The Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning across departments. This role includes planning and managing workflows, optimizing processes, monitoring performance metrics,



and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting hiring, onboarding, and training processes for operational staff.
