About the Role

Travwing Private Limited is looking for a Travel Executive – Sales Support & Operations to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling travel enquiries, preparing packages and quotations, coordinating with vendors, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth execution of bookings.

The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of the travel industry, international destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and travel operations, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel enquiries received from clients and travel agents.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable travel packages.
- Prepare and share professional quotations and itineraries.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs,



suppliers, airlines, and other vendors for rates and availability.
- Follow up regularly on quotations and pending enquiries to convert them into bookings.
- Support the sales team with destination information, costing, and package details.
- Coordinate with the operations team after confirmation to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, bookings, payments, and client communication.
- Ensure timely responses to clients and travel partners.
- Handle amendments, cancellations, and other booking-related requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel agents and suppliers.
- Achieve assigned sales, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Ensure all work is updated accurately in the company's reporting system.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong knowledge of travel packages and tourism products.
