Job Title: Corporate Trainer / Training Executive

We are looking for an energetic and confident Trainer / Training Executive to onboard, train, and coach our employees.

You will be responsible for conducting current hire induction sessions, domain/process training [e.g., Sales / Customer Service / Product Knowledge], and improving team performance through continuous coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

New Hire Onboarding: Conduct orientation and initial training programs for new joiners to get them job-ready.

Content & Module Creation: Prepare training materials, presentation decks (PPTs), call/process scripts, and assessment quizzes.

Batch Training & Coaching: Deliver interactive classroom/virtual training sessions and hold 1-on-1 feedback sessions for underperforming employees.

Performance Tracking: Conduct regular evaluations, monitor trainees' learning progress, and maintain training reports in MS Excel.

Refresher Sessions:



Identify skill gaps across existing teams and run refresher training modules to improve overall productivity.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Bachelors Degree in any discipline (Graduation mandatory).

Experience: [1 to 3 years] of proven experience as a Trainer, Process Trainer, or Voice & Accent/Soft Skills Trainer.

Lead Nurturing & Follow-up Techniques

Telephonic Sales Pitch & Objection Handling

Deal Closing Techniques over Call

Mock Calls & Call Audits

Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Strong domain knowledge in [e.g., BPO / Sales / Customer Support / Retail].

Good command over written and spoken English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).

Hands-on proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for reports and presentations.
