About the Role

Biotecnika is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for candidates from a Science, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences background who are interested in business development, customer interaction, relationship building, and achieving business growth. The selected candidate will connect with students, researchers, and professionals, understand their requirements, introduce suitable Biotecnika programs, and guide prospective learners through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Explain Biotecnika's courses, programs, and services clearly.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct program presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Guide prospective learners throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information using CRM tools.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay updated on Biotecnika's programs, services, and relevant industry developments.

Eligibility:
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Only candidates who have completed their Bachelor's or Master's degree are eligible.
- Final-year students or candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.
- Educational background must be in Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields.
