Role Description Controllership as a domain in FK is critical function in FK, and our team ensures that it provides the best required support the business needs. As a AM you will be part of team to drive initiatives across financial and Non-Financial Reporting. It heavily involves collaborating with a large set of stakeholders to achieve diverse organizational goals and drive strategic alignment.
Roles & Responsibilities (What youll do)
- Reporting & KPIs: Develop and maintain Non-financial Reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the business, including inventory health reporting to business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Inventory Controllership: work for E2E inventory accounting and financial control. This includes working on inventory valuation, reconciliations, shrinkage analysis, operational controls and aging provisions. Monitor Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) accuracy and partner directly with supply chain/warehouse operations to drive robust physical inventory audits, cycle counts, and working capital efficiency.
- Financial Analysis:
Oversee and conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and advanced financial modeling to support business decisions.
- Controllership & Compliance: Ensure accurate inventory and COGS booking of businesses units following applicable accounting principles and robust control frameworks. Work alongside statutory and internal auditors to efficiently close all audit requirements, including comprehensive inventory audits.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and deliver stakeholder reporting based on regular cadences and ad-hoc requirements.
