Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design Implementation
- Design, configure, and implement S/4HANA Service Management processes across the full service lifecycle: Engage, Sell, Contract, Plan, Schedule, Execute, Invoice, Analyze.
- Map business requirements to standard S/4HANA Service capabilities including service orders, service contracts, quotations, spare parts logistics, resource planning, billing, and analytics.
- Support service-related innovations from the latest S/4HANA PCE releases (e.g., service team determination, advanced execution, Fiori apps, AI-powered service intelligence).

2. SAP S/4HANA Private Edition Responsibilities
- Understand shared responsibility model between the customer and SAP Enterprise Cloud Services in S/4HANA PCE.
- Coordinate with SAP for system-level tasks (infrastructure, backups, upgrades) and perform customer-side functional tasks (configuration, testing, business process governance).
- Work within frameworks defined by SAPs Roles and Responsibilities documentation for PCE environments.

3. Service Order Contract Management




- Configure and support service contracts, billing plans, and recurring service processes.
- Enable resource-related billing, time and material processes, and fixed-price scenarios.
- Implement current features such as copying from service contract templates and mass contract changes as introduced in recent releases.

4. Service Planning, Execution Logistics
- Set up and optimize workforce planning, scheduling, and dispatching functions.
- Configure plant and storage location fields in service transactions and support multi-plant/multi-location service scenarios.
- Integrate service transactions with procurement, inventory, shipping, maintenance orders, and follow-on logistics.

5. Data Migration, Testing Integration
- Lead preparation and validation of service master data, contract data, and open service orders.
- Utilize migration cockpit objects, including new transition tools for service contracts.
