URGENT REQUIREMENT SMT OPERATOR

Job Responsibilities
- Operate SMT machines including Solder Paste Printer, SPI, Pick & Place / Mounter, Reflow Oven and AOI.
- Load and verify PCB boards, component reels and feeders as per BOM.
- Perform machine setup, feeder loading and model changeover.
- Monitor machine operation, production output and machine alarms.
- Check component placement, solder paste printing and PCB quality.
- Identify defects such as missing components, wrong components, misalignment and soldering defects.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report major machine/process issues.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, rejection data and material consumption.
- Follow ESD, 5S, safety, quality and company SOP requirements.
- Handle electronic components, PCBs, solder paste,



stencils and consumables carefully.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and operator-level preventive maintenance.
- Support daily production, quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SMT and PCB assembly.
- Ability to identify electronic components.
- Ability to read work instructions and BOM.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.

Qualification

12th Pass / ITI / Diploma

Electronics / Electrical / E&TC; qualification preferred.

Experience
- Freshers: ITI / Diploma candidates can apply.
- Experienced: 1–3 years in SMT / PCB Assembly / Electronics Manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with Fuji, Yamaha, Juki, Panasonic, ASM or similar machines will be an advantage.
