Sales & Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, promoting our software products and IT services, managing client relationships, and converting qualified leads into successful customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong business development mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & New Business Development
- Identify and generate new sales leads through multiple channels.
- Research potential customers, target industries, and new business opportunities.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other business development activities.




- Identify companies and businesses that can benefit from the company's software products and IT services.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and potential.

2. Software Product & IT Services Sales
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's software products, features, benefits, pricing, and services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents in coordination with the management and technical team.
- Negotiate with prospects and work towards successful deal closure.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

3. Client Communication & Follow-ups
- Communicate professionally and effectively with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule product demonstrations, meetings, and business discussions.
