Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage the day-to-day execution of our social media activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok and a robust understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor social media content.
- Execute content calendars and support the overall social media strategy.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Manager, designers, video editors, and other team members.
- Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and video content.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
- Research current social media trends, hashtags, formats, and content ideas.
- Track content performance and prepare basic social media reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, followers, and brand awareness.




- Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand guidelines and communication style.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or social media execution.
- Hands-on knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Positive understanding of social media content, trends, and analytics.
- Strong written communication and creative thinking skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, or content management tools will be an advantage.
