Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day E-commerce operations and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams and external vendors
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels in line with brand objectives
- Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders for campaign implementation and follow-ups
- Support store branding and Visual Merchandising (VM) activities across showroom locations
- Monitor and maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and store displays
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and engagement activities
- Prepare and maintain campaign performance reports and marketing updates for management review
- Coordinate product listings, promotions, and operational activities related to E-commerce platforms
- Support showroom events, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives
- Track campaign execution timelines and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Work closely with operations, showroom, and management teams to support business objectives




- Maintain marketing documentation, vendor records, and campaign tracking reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer engagement insights
- Support the team in improving brand visibility and customer experience across platforms

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, E-commerce Operations, Branding, or Campaign Coordination
- Experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, campaign execution, and branding activities
- Familiarity with vendor coordination, marketing operations, and reporting processes
- Tamil and Malayalam language proficiency preferred
