As an Advisory - Deals - BRS - Insolvency - Associate, you will engage with clients to provide strategic advice and support in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others,



and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Deals practice, assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximizing the value of their investments. You will conduct valuations, perform financial analysis, and develop strategies for post-merger integration. You are expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope.
