Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Customer Care Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Customer Care Executive will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries about events,



registrations, schedules, and services. The role involves resolving issues, managing complaints professionally, and tracking customer requests to closure while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Executive will support event-related communication with athletes, teams, partners, and sponsors, including updates, confirmations, and follow-ups. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal teams, sharing feedback for service improvement, and contributing to upselling or cross-selling relevant services when appropriate.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
