FASHION CONSULTANT CUM SALESPERSON – SALES (STORE)Job Purpose

The Fashion Consultant Cum Salesperson will be responsible for delivering an excellent in-store customer experience by providing personalized fashion and styling advice, demonstrating solid product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service & Fashion Consultation
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and occasion.
- Provide personalized styling advice based on body type, occasion, fashion trends, and individual preferences.
- Recommend suitable apparel, accessories, fabrics, colours, fits, and styling combinations.
- Explain product features, fabric quality, fit, care instructions, and alteration options.
- Build strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers.

2. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales targets.
- Drive sales through effective product presentation, upselling, and cross-selling.




- Increase average transaction value and conversion through suitable product recommendations.
- Follow up with customers and maintain a strong customer database for repeat business.
- Participate actively in promotional activities, festive campaigns, new launches, and store events.

3. Trial Room & Alteration Assistance
- Manage trial-room operations efficiently and professionally.
- Suggest appropriate sizes, fits, and alternative products based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate alteration requirements and communicate timelines clearly to customers.
- Ensure trial rooms are clean, organized, and ready for the next customer.

4. Visual Merchandising & Store Standards
- Maintain merchandise according to brand and store standards.
- Ensure proper folding, hanging, tagging, steaming, sizing, and product placement.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the sales floor.
