HR Manager – Pharma Plant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete HR & Admin operations at the pharmaceutical plant.
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
- Manage attendance, shifts, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
- Coordinate training, induction, performance appraisal, and employee engagement.
- Maintain HR MIS and plant-related reports.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and plant procedures.
- Support audits and maintain required HR documentation.
- Manage contract labour and manpower vendors.
- Ensure a positive and disciplined work environment within the plant.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
