We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Clerical Associate to support the various RTR functions, such as Lease, Fixed Assets, cash management, intercompany, salary and wadges, skilled fees, general accounting etc. The role involves managing functional documentation, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting with making accounting entries and data analysis to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial processes.

The hiring grade will be 4 / 5 / 6.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records related to various function (as mentioned above) in spreadsheets and accounting systems.
- Perform accounting reconciliations for RTR functional accounts and internal ledgers.
- Assist in preparing RTR function related reports and analysis of open items.
- Conduct basic analysis to validate functional computations and identify discrepancies.
- Support audits by organizing and providing required documentation.




- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve RTR function related queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for respective RTR functional transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, logical formulas).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to perform basic financial and tax or respective functional data analysis.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Finance RTR functions within a corporate environment in roles related to handling finance process or in similar finance role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
