Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is a high-impact, field-intensive role responsible for driving revenue growth across Telangana. The successful candidate will be dedicated to skilfully managing existing client relationships while aggressively seeking and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a disciplined, qualified, and commercially-driven individual with a minimum of five years of experience in the steel or related construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:





1. Field Sales & Business Development

Field Presence: The candidate is required to spend a minimum of 20 days per month traveling in the field to cover assigned territories, visiting existing clients, and generating new leads.

Identify, prospect, and generate a robust pipeline of new leads within the target market segments (real estate, infrastructure, government, and MES works).

Conduct proactive outreach via direct visits, cold calls, and emails to qualify potential customers and identify decision-makers.

Conduct needs analysis to understand prospects requirements and effectively position the company’s product offerings, including JSW Neosteel TMT Bars and JSW Kalinga Pipes.

Prepare and submit formal quotations, proposals, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for steel requirements.
