About the Role

Derma Arts is looking for a energetic, experienced, and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth, patient acquisition, strategic partnerships, and business expansion.

Candidates with prior experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic Clinics, Cosmetology, Healthcare, Wellness, or related industries will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and drive patient acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, gyms, salons, wellness centres, influencers, doctors, and referral partners.
- Identify and develop strategic tie-ups and partnerships to generate quality leads and increase clinic footfall.
- Manage the complete business development cycle,



from lead generation and networking to negotiation and closure.
- Drive high-value patient conversions through effective relationship management and follow-ups.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and clinic teams to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain regular reports on leads, partnerships, conversions, revenue, and performance.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Preference will be given to candidates from Dermatology, Aesthetic Clinics, Cosmetology, Healthcare, Wellness, or similar industries.
- Proven track record of achieving business and revenue targets.
- Strong networking, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
