Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees in the engineering & construction industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, best practices, and competitor data for salary benchmarking purposes.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design employee benefit programs that align with company goals and objectives.
- Analyze job descriptions and evaluate positions based on factors such as skill level, experience requirements, and internal equity.

Job Requirements :
- 7-20 years of experience in compensation & benefits management or a related field.
- Robust understanding of benchmarking techniques (e.g., salary benchmarking) for developing competitive compensation packages.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets (e.g., survey results) to inform reward decisions.
- Experience working in an engineering & construction environment or similar industry.
