Role Description
The US OPT Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging OPT candidates for US-based IT roles, using job boards, social media,



referrals, and internal databases. Day-to-day activities include conducting initial interviews, assessing technical and communication skills, coordinating submissions with clients and account managers, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. The role also involves building and nurturing relationships with universities, training providers, and OPT candidates, guiding them through the placement and onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements. Collaboration with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets, provide market feedback, and support continuous improvement in hiring processes is expected.
