Job Role- International Business Development Manager

About the company:

Quessentials Ltd is a food processing company engaged in promoting healthy foods in India with a manufacturing facility in KIADB Industrial Area, Malur and having sales office in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate,BBA/MBA in Marketing, International Business or a related field.
- 7-10 yrs. exp. in International Sales .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Looking for energetic person who is having keen interest in knowing & understanding people, can make good business relations.
- Addon if already worked in International Sales of Food products.
- Worked for agro products like Pulses | Beans | Oil seeds | Spices | Grains | Sugar | Nuts | Grains | Groundnut | Cereals |Millets| Chia seeds|
- Team Handling Experience

Key Responsibilities:




- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports.
- Handle team efficiently.
