Position: Business Development Executive-The Grand Heritage Resorts -

Location: Kasari-Kodapuri and Baner

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Sales / Marketing

Salary: As per experience and performance

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, manage client relationships, generate leads, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through calling, references, and other business development activities.

Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and convert leads into business.

Coordinate with clients throughout the sales process.

Coordinate with vendors and the in office operations team.

Conduct client meetings at the Head Office and resort/site.

Conduct site visits approximately once a week.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.





Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and client status.

Good client handling and negotiation abilities.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Positive, confident, and professional attitude.

Basic knowledge of Sales & Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Language Requirements

English, Hindi & Marathi Mandatory
