Senior Manager

Qualification - Graduate

Responsibility:
- Deep understanding of sales with focus on delivering sales targets.
- Manage a team of 200 + executives and Senior executives , Team Leaders and Assistant Managers
- Drive and track timely and end-to-end closures of escalations and priority requests
- Plan & ensure execution of plans for meeting SLA
- Establish and manage relationships and engagement with clients
- Manage and control attrition to the minimum and plan for back-fills on a timely basis
- Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in process
- Oversee team organize resources, set goals for the team
- Ensure that all internal and external customer queries are followed up on a timely basis.
- Manage overall personnel performance and discipline. Motivate and drive the team to achieve performance benchmarks
- Conduct regular sessions with Managers and AMs for smooth functioning of the business and skip-level with agents
- Coach and mentor Managers / AMs
- Ensure team deliverables are met
- Evaluate operational practices and procedures.




- Initiate and lead process enhancements and system development projects
- Collaborate with internal teams, inter departments, cross-functions across locations.
- Ensure Weekly and Monthly reports to track all important matrix of business. To keep abreast with the market knowledge and market intelligence.
- Responsible for ensuring all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk.
- Provide regular updates as and when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 5 - 8 yr exp in a Sales process in any BPO
- Should be having positive attitude, result-oriented, self starter, proactive, good communication skills.
- Should possess solid data analytical skills.
