About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience, preferably from the healthcare or related industries. The role will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment (100%) .

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (100%)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.
- Coordinate with agencies, job portals, and other sourcing channels.




- Conduct reference checks and manage offer negotiations.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Robust knowledge of recruitment practices and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, portals, and ATS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance is an added advantage.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven HR Recruiter experience, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented industries.
