About the role
As a Content QA Engineer, you will be testing the content i.e. objects required in the designing of Rooms, Kitchen, Bathroom, doors/windows, decorative items, tiles etc. in the web based or desktop-based designing tool. Testing will be manual or automatic. Content QA involves testing such as placement, appearance, behavior of the objects in the design.
Key Position Responsibilities Include:
- Test content within the application to ensure compatibility and performance.
- Troubleshoot and raise content-related issues.
- Analyzing the requirement specific to customer.
- Conduct workshops or feedback sessions to validate content accuracy and usability.
- Collaborate with content author and support teams to resolve reported content issues.
- Document support cases, solutions, and best practices in our knowledge base.
