Job Purpose: We are looking for a skilled Field Executive Engineer with an ITI/Diploma background and hands-on experience in installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in handling forklifts, sensors, wiring diagrams, and electrical systems across various models. The role involves independent execution of maintenance activities at customer sites, problem-solving with cost-effective solutions, and debugging hardware issues in integrated systems. The engineer will collaborate with internal and external teams to evaluate, fabricate, modify, and design electronic systems for optimized performance.




Key Responsibilities
- Installation Commissioning: Conduct installation and commissioning of products at client premises with a focus on safety and electrical aspects.
- Assist team members on-site during installations.
- Ensure smooth coordination with vendors and internal departments for timely execution.
- Service Maintenance: Handle service calls for warranty, out-of-warranty, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues.
- Document technical issues, prepare service reports, and obtain customer approvals.
- Ensure service resolutions within defined timelines and track complaints as per SOP.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and coordinate procurement for timely repairs.
- Customer Engagement Support: Interact with clients to address technical queries, complaints, and troubleshooting requests.
