Key responsibilities of the Lead- Tele calling will include:
- Supervise the five-member tele calling team.
- Allocate leads according to Programme and priority.
- Develop calling scripts and follow-up schedules.
- Monitor call quality, response time and conversion.
- Maintain CRM discipline and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager and campus-visit executives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in education or admission tele calling.
- Experience in team handling, CRM, call auditing and reporting.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
