Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Non-Tech Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for Corporate Functions, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Sales and other business roles. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.




- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct recruiter screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Drive offer management, candidate engagement, and joining.
- Maintain ATS data and provide hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong experience hiring for non-technical/business roles.
- Expertise in sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and Workday.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred
- MBA/PGDM in HR.
- Experience in a fast-growing technology company.
