Business Development Lead-Luxury & Premium Brands

Location: Delhi -NCR | Bengaluru

We are looking for a
high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development professional
to bring new business from the world of
luxury, premium and aspirational lifestyle brands
.

The ideal candidate could come from a
luxury sales, premium brand partnerships, luxury retail, real estate, hospitality, automotive, fashion, jewellery or lifestyle background
, with a strong network and an instinct for building high-value relationships.

You will be responsible for opening doors, creating conversations with senior decision-makers and bringing our
creative, design and film capabilities
to brands looking to elevate how they present themselves.

What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with
Founders, CXOs, CMOs, Brand Heads, Marketing Directors and senior decision-makers
.
- Leverage existing networks within the luxury and premium ecosystem to create new opportunities.
- Identify brands and businesses with a strong fit for our
creative, design and film capabilities
.




- Understand client ambitions and translate them into relevant creative opportunities.
- Work closely with strategy and creative teams to develop and convert pitches.
- Build a solid pipeline and drive business from prospecting through closure.
- Develop long-term client relationships and grow accounts over time.

Who We’re Looking For
- 6–12+ years of experience
in luxury sales, business development, premium brand partnerships, agency BD or related fields.
- Strong exposure to
luxury / premium / lifestyle clientele
.
- An established network among high-value brands and decision-makers.
- Excellent networking & relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
- Commercially sharp, confident and entrepreneurial.
- Someone who understands
desire, aspiration and what makes a premium and luxury brand distinctive
.
- A person who can move naturally from
selling a relationship to selling an idea
