Key Responsibilities •

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows, with a focus on Enterprise Domain Separation and related modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITBM, CMDB, Data Integration, HR).
- Lead or support workflow automation (e.g., onboarding/offboarding) using ServiceNow Flow Designer and JavaScript.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., CMDB, Okta, Kaseya, Azure, Qualys, SGC) using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and enhance dashboards, widgets, and reports to support operational and compliance needs.
- Provide hands-on application support for internal ServiceNow users (agents, supervisors, managers) and external consulting clients.
- Participate in new ServiceNow implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and end-user support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to recommend best practices and improve workflows in alignment with IT and Help Desk regulations.
- Troubleshoot, debug,



and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal application performance. Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Required.
- Minimum 6-7 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience and 10+ years in IT, including configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Robust ServiceNow development background with proven experience in scripting (Domain Separation, JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (Health scan and Instance scan, CSDM, ITOM, ITAM).
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics, ATF, or automated testing tools.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure DevOps, or similar cloud/DevOps tools.
- ServiceNow Certification preferred:
