We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project execution, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and execution progress.
- Follow up on material readiness, dispatch, installation, and site activities.
- Maintain project-related documentation and reports.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance during project execution.
- Support issue resolution and timely escalation of project concerns.
- Maintain project records and updates using MS Office and Google Sheets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- B.Tech/MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of project coordination experience.
- Experience in signage,



printing, fabrication, digital signage, Solar EPC, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
