Role Overview
The Product Manager identifies customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into reality. The role is responsible for setting the product roadmap and vision, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful end-to-end product rollout.
Education:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in product management or related roles within a technology-driven environment.
Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products or platforms.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in organizing and managing large-scale technology events (e.g., hackathons, innovation days) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision Strategy




o Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
o Set and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
o Identify customer pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
o Position new products in line with customer demands and market trends.
Stakeholder Management
o Align stakeholders around the product vision and strategy.
o Deliver technical information on recent and updated products to relevant teams.
o Foster a shared understanding across larger teams to empower independent decision-making.
Product Delivery
o Lead the end-to-end rollout of products and features.
o Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of product initiatives.
o Continuously monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data.
Customer Focus
o Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
