- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B Travel Agents, Tour Operators, Sub-Agents and Travel Partners.
- Identify and onboard new B2B travel-agent partners and generate business from existing accounts.
- Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages, DMC services, FIT, GIT, Corporate and MICE products.
- Handle regular enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and conversions from B2B travel partners.
- Understand the requirements of travel agents and provide suitable itineraries, hotel options, sightseeing, transfers and complete holiday solutions.
- Coordinate with the operations/DMC/product team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits/calls/meetings with B2B travel agents and develop the assigned market.
- Maintain an active database of travel-agent partners and regularly update sales activities in the CRM.
- Generate repeat business through strong partner relationships and service follow-up.
- Monitor competitor products, market rates and destination trends.




- Follow up on pending quotations, payment schedules and booking confirmations.
- Prepare regular sales reports, visit reports and business updates.
- Work closely with management to develop new B2B markets and increase destination-wise sales.
