Role Description
The Content Writer Intern will support the creation of narrative-driven articles and features that reflect the journal’s focus on authentic, human-centered stories. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential subjects and themes, conducting background research to understand each story’s context, drafting and revising written pieces, and assisting with interviews by preparing questions or shaping transcripts into compelling narratives.



The intern will collaborate with editors to refine tone, structure, and clarity, and may contribute ideas for series, columns, or special projects. This is a remote internship role, offering flexible collaboration with the editorial team and opportunities to develop a strong portfolio of published work.

Qualifications
- Robust writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant narratives.
- Demonstrated research skills, including the ability to gather information from diverse sources and synthesize it into coherent story frameworks.
- Attention to detail in grammar, structure, and style, with a careful approach to revising and self-editing.
